The Immigration Advisers Licensing Act was established in 2007. This Act introduced Rules of Conduct and Client Care which are governed by the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code Of Conduct 2014. One of the regulatory requirements is that the code of conduct requires that the information prescribed by the Immigration Advisers Authority be made available to clients together with a written agreement, detailing terms of engagement in respect of each matter. Below are copies of those documents, of which we can provide you with paper copies if requested. We will take you through the New Zealand Licensed Immigration Advisers Professional Standards information, however you can always find a copy of these documents here.
